Alan Sargent

Alan works in Landscape Innovation at 3Keel. For our Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs) programme, he works to set-up and scale-up regional multi-stakeholder networks to implement sustainable farm-based solutions. He also assists in developing LENs processes and governance structures centrally that can be implemented across multiple LENs projects.

Prior to joining 3Keel, Alan completed a MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance at the University of Oxford, as well as a BA, majoring in Governance, from the University of Freiburg. In recent years he has also worked on his family’s farm in rural Australia and volunteered to rehabilitate native grasslands around his hometown of Canberra. When not at work, Alan can be found seeking out hikes around Oxford, cooking with friends and playing with the sharehouse Border Collie – Blue.

As a consultant at 3Keel, Alan seeks to use his problem solving and personal engagement skills to deliver landscape-scale environmental outcomes that benefit both nature and society.
