Becky Hamp
Principal Consultant – Team Lead
As a member of 3Keel’s Commodities team, Becky specialises in data collection and analysis of retail and FMCG supply chains on a range of different aspects of sustainability.
During her time at 3Keel, she has focused on a range of key deforestation risk commodities, including soy, palm and timber. She has worked with a wide range of European Retailers and Food Service clients (such as Tesco, M&S and Waitrose) through her Data Services work. Becky also convenes the Soy Transparency Coalition and supports the facilitation of the Retail Soy Group.
Over her 10 years of experience working within supply chains, Becky has worked with hundreds of different companies on a range of sustainability topics, from resource efficiency, to colleague engagement, to metrics and reporting.
Prior to joining 3Keel in 2019, Becky worked as a Senior Community/Programme Manager at 2degrees, where she focused on promoting resource efficient manufacturing practices within retail supply chains through online community platforms. The major part of this work involved the management of the ‘Asda Sustain & Save Exchange’ programme, a dedicated community for over 500 of Asda’s grocery suppliers to share good practice and find solutions to common sustainability problems. Through this work, Becky planned and implemented engagement campaigns and managed large-scale supply chain data collection.
Becky has a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
