Caroline is responsible for the day-to-day running of the 3Keel office. She ensures that everything is in place so that the 3Keel team can get on with their jobs without any worries. Caroline has significant administrative, logistics, people and programme management experience. She is an organiser and deliverer!
Before joining 3Keel, Caroline worked for 15 years in the environmental charity sector. She specialised in setting up and delivering international employee engagement and education programmes for businesses with an interest in delivering on their sustainability agendas and involving their workforce and supply chains in that process. She has broad experience of managing and developing corporate environmental partnerships and also relationships with research institutions and government – all with a focus on delivering sustainability outcomes or bespoke pieces of environmental research. She has also worked with teachers and young people, supporting them in environmental volunteering, and has managed a lot of budgets and logistics in her time! She has particularly enjoyed delivering environmental project work in the Middle East region – something she’s specialised in over the years.
