Holly has nearly three years sustainability consulting experience gained at the London office of Context, a sustainability strategy and communications consultancy. She has worked with a diverse range of clients across different sectors, including IKEA, Mars, RSPO, SIG Combibloc and Celgene. Her work has included project managing global corporate sustainability reports, developing sustainability strategies, mapping stakeholders, issue-specific researching, writing press releases and Q&A sheets, and developing briefings for events and roundtables.
Prior to being a Consultant, Holly worked at a number of NGOs, including Ecologistas en Acción, where she helped set up urban farming projects in Seville, and London-based Feedback Global and Link Ethiopia.
Her real passion lies in sustainable food systems and dietary choices. She gained her expertise in this area through an MSc in Food Security at Edinburgh University, where her research dissertation focused on the health and environmental impacts of plant-based milks.
She holds a BA in European Social and Political Studies from University College London, through which she completed periods of study in Italy and Shanghai.
