Jeff works as part of the Climate Change team, helping clients navigate multi-stakeholder partnerships, implement their net zero strategies and understand emerging opportunities for climate solutions. He is an experienced researcher and communicator with skills in policy analysis and has worked extensively with civil society, government and the private sector.
Prior to joining 3Keel, Jeff lived and worked in Southeast Asia where he delivered communication strategies and conducted research on community-based natural resource management, climate change and natural resource governance. He has published an analysis of community forestry policies in Cambodia for the Routledge Handbook on Community Forestry and has written opinion pieces for Mongabay, The Bangkok Post and other media outlets.
Jeff holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Princeton University. Outside of the office, Jeff can be found deeply immersed in psychological and dystopian novels, writing, exploring different historical topics, eating different cuisines or playing rugby.
