Kelly Bebendorf

Junior Consultant

Kelly works as part of the Sustainable Commodities team at 3Keel. Her work is focused on supporting clients to understand complex ethical and environmental issues within their supply chains through analysis and presentation of data, particularly looking at soy in European retail supply chains.

Prior to joining 3Keel, Kelly completed her MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at the University of Oxford with a focus on Environmental Governance and Nonviolent Resistance Movements. She has worked in various research assistance, fundraising and project management support roles at the University of Sussex, for Save the Children e.V., and the city of Hamburg, Germany. For her dissertations, she researched Indigenous land management and reconciliation work within the Australian and Canadian contexts and has experience in agriculture in both and other countries. Kelly also holds a BA in International Relations: Politics and History from Jacobs University Bremen, Germany, where she specialised in Sustainable Energies, International Resource Politics, and Modern European and Colonial History.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors – whether running, hiking, climbing or cycling – and is passionate about animal rights and climate activism.
