Maddy also undertook a range of sustainability-related internships within CSR departments at luxury retail and organic food companies during her university vacations. She also enjoyed volunteering at University, and lead Project SOUP, a charitable organisation that aimed to reduce food-waste by organising and delivering community fundraising dinners that used surplus food as the main source of ingredients. She is a Graduate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), and looks forward to building a career in the sustainability industry.
