Welcome to 3Keel! How have your first days been so far?

It has been great, I have had such a warm welcome from the team and it is clear we all share the same passion for sustainability. I am sure this common ground will provide a platform for success!

What have you started working on?

As a Senior Consultant in Climate, I have been getting stuck into a supply chain footprint for one the UK’s biggest retailers. I am also supporting the development of some of 3Keel’s internal tools and databases that will enable us to support clients with more detailed footprints and reduction pathways.

What are you looking forward to most about working for 3Keel?

3Keel is renowned in the industry for its expertise in food systems, agriculture and supply chains. I am looking forward to tapping into this knowledge and applying my own analytical skills to enable clients to enhance their sustainability strategies.

Who or what inspired you to work in sustainability?

I have always been drawn to complex systems and at university, that meant focusing on energy and climate. Then, seeing many of my friends in the “Bristol bubble” pursue environmental endeavours, really inspired me to use my skills to help the planet!

When you’re not working, what do you like to do?

I like to get outdoors when I am not working. That might be working on my allotment, or going on hikes or bike rides. Since lockdown I have become a bit of a campervan nerd… My partner and I converted a van and have since used it to travel through 22 countries! The picture here is from one of our adventures to Albania and we are already plotting our next van build.
