This was conducted in partnership with G’s Fresh, one of Europe’s largest fresh produce businesses, as a part of the Waitrose CTP programme. During his PhD he took part in the IFSTAL (Interdisciplinary Food Systems Teaching and Learning) programme which aims to equip participants with the skills and experiences to support them in addressing food system challenges.
Away from work Nick is a keen sportsman. Currently he swims for Kenilworth Masters SC, and plays tag rugby and cricket. When not in the pool or running around a field, he is trying (very slowly) to learn Catalan.
