Victoria Bentiba

Consultant

Victoria is a Consultant in the Circular Economy team supporting clients with research and analysis that informs decision-making which encompasses the practical, environmental, and ethical factors affecting circular resource use.

Victoria joined the 3Keel in 2018, as an Analyst in the Sustainable Commodities team. Her diverse skill set lead her to support projects across 3Keel practice areas, including commodity sustainability benchmarking (specialising in palm oil, soy, and cotton), sustainable agricultural practices, carbon footprinting, and circular economy, with a focus on waste strategy.

Before joining 3Keel, Victoria worked in the Non-profit and Finance sectors. She has 10 years’ experience in client services and project support at Oxfam GB and Mango UK (Management and Accountability for NGOs), where she worked to coordinate financial management consultancy and capacity building projects. She also worked for 5 years in information systems support for Zurich Financial Services in the UK and UAE.

Victoria is a keen campaigner and conservationist and has worked on human rights campaigns with Amnesty International and climate campaigns with Friends of the Earth and Oxfam GB. She also tends a local allotment with a wildlife ethos.

Victoria holds a BSc in Environmental Studies with First-Class Honours from the Open University, completing a dissertation on how land tenure rights impact forest governance and deforestation in the Peruvian Amazon.
