Caitlin McCormack

Senior Consultant

Caitlin is a Senior Consultant in the Agriculture and Landscapes Business Unit. She is an experienced researcher, analyst and project manager specialising in sustainable farming and food supply chains. In her work with clients, Caitlin applies skills in stakeholder engagement, interviews and workshops, as well as qualitative data analysis to co-design practical solutions to on-farm practices. Recent clients include Oatly, Pip & Nut and Asahi UK.

Caitlin also advises on measurement and reporting of on-farm biodiversity, water and carbon outcomes, from the technical details of data collection, to designing successful monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) programmes. With a background in academia and policy, she is skilled in delivering complex, analytical research projects and exploring management scenarios to deliver actionable recommendations.

Prior to 3Keel, Caitlin worked as Research Associate in the Cambridge University Conservation Science Group, Policy Analyst at the Institute for European Environmental Policy, and as a field researcher at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and Stockholm University. She is also co-chair of the Cool Farm Alliance Biodiversity Working Group.
