Senior Consultant – Team Lead

Charlotte is a Senior Consultant and Team Lead in the Sustainable Commodities team. She has expertise in supporting European retailers, manufacturers and FMCG companies to manage the mapping and collection of supply chain data, and developing action plans and roadmaps to support the elimination of deforestation from commodity systems. Charlotte has managed an annual assessment of soy traders, the outputs of which have been used to support transparency in the soy supply chain. She is experienced in supporting clients to prepare for upcoming due diligence, in particular the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), through assessing exposure, and engaging suppliers to determine preparedness and risks.

Prior to joining 3Keel, Charlotte worked for the John Lewis Partnership for 12 years, where she worked strategically with commercial teams and the supply chain to improve business performance. Charlotte holds a BSC Geography degree from Bristol University and has completed a Business Sustainability Management course through the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
